Effective date: October 14, 2026

TKO Fitness (“TKO,” “we,” “us”) runs the gym at 1615 Kings Hwy N, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 and the website TKONJ.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address, the program you are interested in, and anything else you type into a form on our website, send us by text or email, or give us at the front desk.
• Text-message choices: whether you agreed to receive class/account texts and/or marketing texts, along with the date, time, IP address, and page where you agreed.
• Website information: basic technical information such as your browser type, the page that sent you to our site, and ad-campaign details in the link you clicked. If turned on, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel use cookies to help us understand which ads and pages bring in visitors.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your free class, coaching inquiry, bookings, and questions.
• To manage memberships, scheduling, payments, and your account.
• To send text messages, only if you agreed to them (see below).
• To send marketing emails or texts about offers and events, only where you agreed or where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
• To improve our website, advertising, and services, and to keep our site secure.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check a text-message box on our website or text a keyword to us, you agree to receive text messages from TKO Fitness at the number you provided. There are two separate types of texts, and you choose each one on its own:

• Class and account texts: free-class follow-up, booking confirmations and reminders, schedule changes, and membership or account updates.
• Marketing texts: promotions, special offers, events, and gym news.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help or call (856) 428-8269. Text STOP to cancel at any time. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile number or your text-message consent.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the gym and website, such as our membership and scheduling system (ClubReady), our text-messaging provider, our email and website hosting providers, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of TKO, our members, or others.
• Business transfers: if TKO Fitness is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Children

TKO offers kids classes, but inquiries for children should be submitted by a parent or guardian. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep information

We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above, including keeping records of text-message consent and opt-outs, or as required by law.

Your choices

• Text STOP to stop text messages at any time.
• Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
• Contact us to ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission is 100% secure.
